Cell PHONE!!

Okay.. here's the story... well... for Christmas my parents are giving me a cell phone... yesterday we went to BEST BUY to get a cell phon... but i left my phone!! And worst of all my contract ends on February 20!! But in a way I guess it was a good thing.. because i get to really think about which phone ill want!! This is where I need your help!! You see... I WANT a touch screen phone... I've rounded it to
LG Incite
Samsung Eternity
That's it really... IF anyone knows which one is better than please tell me!! ALSO... There are similar phones from other networks that are almost the same as the Samsung Eternity... like
Samsung Omnia Verizon Wireless version
Samsung Eternity T-Mobile's version
Could people also tell me which one is better? My network is AT&T but I just REALLY wanted to know
